The Ultraz Winter long-sleeved Skin Layer offers you the highest level of thermal protection and body-mapped comfort on your coldest rides.

The new wool-blend knit and seamless construction builds on ASSOS’ protective Winter LS Skin Layer, the Ultraz edition turns up the warmth and wind-blocking capabilities even further with its wool-blended knit. This could be your ultimate defensive first layer to protect you against the most challenging winter conditions, as it keeps your core dry and your temperature stable.

Skin Layer is a total reiteration of ASSOS’ previous base layers, with a completely revamped, lighter makeup and using a new blend of fibres. This Ultraz model is about 10% lighter than the previous Winter LS Skinfoil, and uses a Circular Seamless construction that’s both ultra-soft and free from irritating side seams.

A robust blend of polypropylene and wool is also used, serving as the ultimate next-to-skin foundation when you need the maximum thermal- and windblocking-protection.

 

GARMENT FEATURES 

Circular Seamless knit: A tubular knit technology that’s free of side seams, creating an ultrasoft, comfortable feel against the body.

Inset Sleeves: Sleeves are sewn directly into the armhole, promoting a full range of motion beneath additional layers.

Composition: 50% Polypropylene, 31% Wool, 10% Polyamide, 6% Elastane, 3% Carbon Fibre
